Birch Tree Counseling is a Fargo-based private practice. Clients are seen throughout the day. Deb may not be immediately available, but will return messages as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.

In-office counseling is most common, with telehealth sessions offered in some circumstances when appropriate. Telehealth services are available only to North Dakota and Minnesota residents. A HIPAA compliant telehealth platform with encrypted data stream (AES-256) is used for the connection. Telehealth requires use of video with audio and the best connections are generally made using a computer with an updated operating system.
